Plain-English version: These are our terms of service. If you have a real legal question, email legal@affiliate.3dshawn.com — we'd rather clarify in plain English than have you guess.
By creating a WebSTLs account or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. We may update these Terms; material changes will be emailed to active customers at least 30 days before they take effect.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Sharing accounts across team members is allowed on Studio plans; on lower tiers each seat requires its own account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, our acceptable-use policy, or applicable law.
You retain full ownership of every model, image, description, and customer data you upload. We need a limited license from you to host, display, transmit, back up, and process your content so the service can function. We don't claim ownership, we don't sell your content, and we don't use it to train AI models.
You may not use WebSTLs to distribute content that infringes copyright, depicts minors in sexual situations, contains malware, violates export controls, or otherwise breaks the law in the US or in the country your buyers are in. We follow DMCA takedown procedures and will remove infringing listings on valid notice.
You're the merchant of record for sales on your storefront. Stripe Connect Express handles payment processing and remits payouts to your bank on Stripe's standard schedule. WebSTLs charges a platform fee per the pricing plan you're on (Free 10%, Starter 5%, Pro 2%, Studio 0% on storefront sales). Stripe's processing fees (2.9% + 30¢) apply on every plan and are paid to Stripe, not us.
Subscription fees are billed in advance. Refunds for WebSTLs subscription charges are issued as account credit and auto-applied to the next invoice (see Credit System on the Billing page). You may cancel any time; service continues through the end of the paid period and you can re-activate any time within 90 days without losing data.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime and post real-time status at status.affiliate.3dshawn.com. Studio plans include a 99.95% SLA with service credits when we miss it. The service is provided AS IS without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of WebSTLs is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or lost data.
You may delete your account from Settings at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms with reasonable notice (or immediately for serious violations: fraud, malware distribution, repeated IP infringement). After termination you have a 90-day window to export your data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, except where prohibited by local consumer-protection law.
Material changes to these Terms will be emailed to active customers at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the new Terms.
